SNAFU Beer Recipe Archive

Recipes are organized by BJCP category. To add a recipe, edit this page and create a WikiWord or link under the appropriate category. When it comes back up, click the "?" next to the recipe name to open a new page in which to enter your recipe. If you have a ProMash recipe file, you can attach it to the recipe page. Use the existing entries as a guide to how you should add to the list and enter your recipe. You don't need to be an HTML guru to edit pages here...relax, don't worry, have a homebrew, and give us your recipes!

You should probably include your name (entered as a WikiWord) in the list here, so we know who entered what.

If you have a monster of a recipe that doesn't really fit in any category, you can file it in the "Category Busters" group at the bottom of the page.

Note that WikiWords can only contain characters from the US-ASCII character set. When creating a WikiWord from a German name, use the proper transliteration:

  • ä → ae
  • ö → oe
  • ü → ue
  • ß → ss

Examples:

  • Weißbier → Weissbier
  • Märzen → Maerzen
